Can I just pay you to help me set up the roles groups and org structure on our locally installed zammad server? I am trying to understand it all still... been a headache to learn on my own. I need the help from experienced person that uses it already.

Thank you for the videos. Is it possible to have both roles assigned simultaneously, agent and customer?
For example, HR responded to external customers as agents, but they need to be able to open tickets for IT.?

Hi, we are as a organization are using zammad as a ticketing sytem for the logs we receive in graylog.

when i try to add an email account, I get error: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, federated STS service was unreachable. What could it be?
