There’s actually an app called “Zombies run” that plays zombie noises and makes you part of a story where you’re a runner for a survival base in the zombie apocalypse, so whilst you listen to your own music, occasionally a voice will chime in with “Runner 5, I don’t mean to alarm you, but there is a horde of zombies right behind you, so I’d speed up if I were you!”

The zombie one is similar what I kinda do. I love running at night and when I do I listen to Creepypastas/scary stories from YouTube narrators and depending on how good the stories are the faster I end up running.

The zombie strategy is actually really good, and some professionals use it. I use it also, there’s an app with soundtracks and it tracks your run, and the noises are very realistic. The app is called “Zombies, Run!” Hope this helped ☺️🏃‍♀️
