It's only supposed to be partially reheated, Dr Grundy. I listened to that Lecture to, included were Mashed Potatoes, chill then o/ngt then, ..partially reheat. That part was really stressed, to make the Starch resistant.

Fasting and intermittent doses of oregano oil work great for intestinal inflammation.

When I found out that the peel of my orange was dyed orange to fool me into thinking it was a ripe orange….well that’s when I realized something was wrong.
I will only eat fruit that’s truly ripened on the branch. No grocery store crap.
Don’t eat that!!!
Go to a local farm and orchards when there in season and pick your cherries, apples, berries and peaches off the Tree yourself.

Dr Gundry, what is your opinion on the use of aloe vera gel as a part of our daily diet?

Indians usually use Ghee in their soups. I do as well. But olive oil is definitely good option when there isn't enough Ghee left.
I will not take fish oil as vegetarian but we do use medicated Ghee in copious amount for brain health.
I might increase that. It's just everything pure organic is expensive.

Thoroughly enjoying this information, and will put a lot of it into use. Thank you.
Unfortunately, walnuts and pistachios are very high in oxalates, so this is one I have to watch.

Dr. Gundry: There is no doubt in my mind you are nothing but a phenomenal, great, very well-educated and informed individual. The only request/ Humble observation I have about your very interesting and life-saver podcasts is if you could please make them a little bit shorter. We all have busy lives and not everybody has 1+ hour to spend even though the information is great and very important. I could watch your podcast a little bit more and enjoy them a whole lot more if you could put all the very important information you have for us in a less amount of time. I hope you take this request/ observation on the positive way. I know you have a lot of information to share with us but that is why you can create more and shorter podcasts. Thank you

Dr. Gundry, could you talk more about cheatmeals or cheatdays, in which we allow ourselves to eat anything we want that is not on your diet? How to do it in the best way possible? How to recover? How bad is it to have a cheat meal, say once a week.

Dr. Gundry, I stopped eating Wild Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, which I ate for the healthy DHA/ EPA due to the concern of what I was reading about all the MICROPLASTICS that fish are ingesting in the oceans now. Would you please speak about this issue, thank you.

I was telling someone yesterday that cashew have a lot of sugar and she answered me but is natural sugar as if different types of sugar are different for the body. People have no clue. I used to eat a lot of fruit I stopped and feel better. Fruit is what was causing the insulin resistance. Now if I do it’s only on summer.

Very informative enjoyed. I like fruit and try and have at least a couple of pieces a day even through the winter I live in a temperate climate where fruit can be grown year round. Winter naturally available Citrus/Feijoas/Kiwifruit. I think you have to be careful when looking at food not to just look at calories or fructose otherwise we will have nothing left to eat. I think the same thing for beans although I'm not as partial to them. I know you like to pressure cook to remove lectins. I have just started reading about the 'Blue Zones' and their diets and they eat a good supply of nuts and beans.
I had some cabbage over three days and every time I eat it I had a great nights sleep. Lucky or something in the cabbage?
