…I've always got that .spotlight virus… and it affected almost all of my Applications… it's annoying i need to restore my unit to it's factory setting...

never had a mac virus, still not sure if i should get a virus scanner though, backups are automatic, i don't use torrents, run regular updates, ect... I will probably get a virus within the next week now.

Hey I just downloaded total av and it said it was free but when I download it, it says theres a small fee to activate the scan and to get rid of malware or viruses. Is it a trust worthy company??

Well you are very wrong I have been reading a list of Mac users now malware infected What has apple messed up for their security updates it never used to be this way I spent a lot of money for a Mac and now I even have to wipe my os and install protection
