At first my doctor's thought I had Valley fever but after 3 months on antifungal meds the nodules in my lungs were not better and I have more now. They did a biopsy and it says I have necrotizing granulomas in both lungs and I still have no idea what is causing it. I can't even get into a rheumatologists PA until November 9th and I've already been sick since the beginning of April. I'm afraid I have waisted my time. What do I do?

Thank you for sharing the vital information. I have had RA pneumonia a few times, sinus infections often as well becoming anemic. This year has been rough body mind Spirit. After having a terrible, fall with significant injuries, 2 broken vertebrae and a shattered shoulder that was replaced in emergency surgery, there was a Dr that was trying to figure out what was causing an infection for my RBC to be high. Blood cultures were not showing why. I should give him this info on your video. What do you know of the best way to treat this?
