I have a question though, correct me if it’s my lack of understanding in Taxation


As per his words we need to take loan to buy property and so you get cashflow from rental.
But how can a person avoid tax by this ? When he generates income through his property, is he liable to pay tax for this income ? Which would end up him paying both tax for his income and interest of loan ?

As per my knowledge, Indian government levy tax upto 150, 000 INR on investment, but if he generates profit of 100, 000+ you’re bound to pay tax for it !

Correct me if I’m wrong !

For those that don’t know, he just leverages property, refinances, and uses that money to buy more property. It’s wildly risky and for every rich guy there’s millions of broke guys. And he pays a SHIT LOAD in interest to banks. Which is essentially the same as paying a tax. You can try this game, good luck.
