--------
In this clip, Robert Kiyosaki reveals to DJ Vlad that he's $1.2 billion in debt before explaining the meaning of "Appreciation Depreciation and Amortization." As the conversation moves along, Kiyosaki explains why he's converted a portion of money to gold and silver. Lastly, Kiyosaki tells DJ Vlad why he prefers gold over stocks, before sending a less than flattering message to Warren Buffett about his theory on the stocks.

An old man once told me "You owe the bank a little money, they own you. You owe the bank a lot of money, you own them"

The man literally said “for the average person debt is bad”. Don’t try this if your not rich already. 😂😂😂

The most important thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.

“You have 6, 000 properties?” “No I have 12, 000 properties.”

“You’re 600 million in debt?” “No I’m 1.2 Billion in debt.”

Bros doubling everything he’s asked about.

Huge corporations play the debt game all the time. Sometimes these corporation leaders make enough bad decisions with assets and borrowing and end up bankrupting the company.

Your net worth represents how much wealth you have, measured by assets like a house, cars, 401(k), jewelry or cash in the bank, minus the debt obligations you have, or what you owe.

I definitely understand his logic. We buy a house an as good as an idea we think it is, its not an asset at all while were paying the mortgage.

Great point by Robert. I've heard him say this a million times and it finally clicked. With money being off the gold standard it becomes debt. The average citizen is trained to avoid debt which in actuality is money if you know how to use it correctly. You are keeping yourself poor by avoiding the very thing you want you just have to change the way you think about it.
