You think dehydration is bad? Do NEVER underestimate the dangers of overhydration or water intoxication which is no better. It is extremely important to stay hydrated but not to over do it.

It's not just how much but the quality of the water that matters. Regular water is dead water that can't hydrate you no matter how much of it you drink.

She failed to mention that most of the tap water is bad you can test it yourself with straps from the pharmacy also most bottled water is just tap and once you Crack it open it turns toxic from the plastic there is only a few brands of water that are filtered through a triple reverse osmosis system like Dasani, propel, refresher, essentia but still they are in the toxic plastic I believe you can get the good water it will be in a darker blue 5 gal jug at Albertsons or a water store it's different in every city you can look it up on the internet
