Di solito non guardavo mai video riguardanti progetti, ma quando per la prima volta ho visto un fermo immagine di un tuo video sono rimasta attratta dalle linee semplici dei mobili e dai colori neutri, qualcosa mi colpì e iniziai a guardare. That's a gorgeous starter home, but I think I'd be tempted to wall in the balcony space to make a study/small single/nursery to cater for the changing needs of a growing family.

Gorgeous! I like the additional rooftop outdoor space. Another option is a bedroom or hang out enclosed space. Definitely adds to the smart design of the house. Go vertical ⬆️

There are, as always, many things that I like about this design. One of them is the pantry and the sense of airiness, which is typical of your designs. One thing I found a bit jarring was that the living room looked directly out onto the car parked in the parking spot. It's not a particularly appealing view, and I think it would be better either to have blinds or to have a half or three-quarter wall so that the car was hidden. I also thought it would be nice if the outdoor space on the second floor were larger and extended at least part of the way of the carport if not the entire length of the carport. I think that would make it a more inviting place to hang out. These are just some thoughts; otherwise, it's another lovely design!

Overall, maximal use of space without crowding. However, i find the front door narrow, and opening directly to the dining area is not my thing. I also find the dining area too small. The cabinet which was used as divider seemed misplaced. The parents' room (who may be SENIOR Citizens with weak knees, may find the stairs difficult to deal with. I would always prefer 1 bedroom even if small at the 1st floor for oldies. Though I understand that the 1st floor area is only 40 sq. m.
