if you are actually serious about quitting is to do something like take a sip of juice every time you want a hit. this helped me.

how to safely stop:
1: gradually reduce how much you vape (this is used for lots of forms of addiction reduction but it can count for all addiction as just randomly stopping can cause withdrawals)
2: talk to someone you trust about what your doing, get help and get a clean goal (ex: 100 days clean) this can help motivate you with a goal.
3: if your struggling, look for alternative options to vape that’s SAFE such as that “vape” necklace for those that are quitting or have
4: once you’ve quit, just remember everything else and know that all people want is for you to be healthy ❤

No, but this is literally a way. You just have to fight the addiction the best you can and stop. Though this the hardest way.

It's slightly different for vaping, cigars, etc. because of withdrawal effects, but the first step is really just deciding to stop. It's one of the most difficult parts but it'll probably save your life.
