sir, Newton's first law can explain this thing as the dust particles on the badminton racket were initially sticked to that racket because of i think adhesive force when the collision occurs it ( ball) applies some force to the bat leaving the bat in motion as the adhesive force is weak the dust particles stay at their original position only and because of gravity falls down sir ab to elaborate bhi kar diya please ek like to banta hai
