Brilliant, thank you got mine working again by following this due to a power cut! Side note - I had to change the batteries in my thermostat .. so if you follow this and it doesn’t work the first time, try changing the batteries on the thermostat and repeat this guidance. :)

The light on the receiver has gone green but the thermostat isn’t clicking on or showing a red light when trying to turn the radiators on even with new batteries. Any help?

I am being told I have to replace both devices because they are 'paired' in the factory. This means paying for an electrician to install them. But this video seems to suggest I just need to replace the thermostat. Can you just buy the thermostat and pair it?

Hi. So my thermostat doesn't glow red when I turn the temperature up. But I hear the receiver tick and the boiler kicks up. If I go above 25 the thermostat glows red. And if I go down in temp it flashes 5 times.

What does this mean? And why isn't the thermostat glowing red when I turn the temp up.

What does it mean if after binding, the green light goes on for a few seconds after receiving signal from the thermostat then the red button comes on and all lights go off? This just repeats.

The red light randomly constantly flashes on thermostate, no the batteries don't need replacing they are perfectly good, I move the thermostat to zero degrees, led stops, rotate thermostate anywhere near 20° and led starts continuously flashing, sometimes removing lid stops led flashing, put it back & led starts up again. Very frustrating.
