If your Honeywell T3R is not turning on your heating, you have a red light flashing on the receiver box and no wireless symbol in the thermostat display or maybe a flashing wireless symbol and a warning triangle. Then your two unit are not talking to each other.
This Video shows you how to make them talking to each other again. This is call Binding or Pairing that's the wireless connection between the thermostat and the receiver box.

Thanks Mark. They don't provide any instructions at all with the Honeywell T3R to bind, which is absolute nonsense. Honeywell don't even tell you what the lights or symbols on the receiver mean, or what the boiler button actually does. You just saved me an expensive call out. Thanks again!
