Disconnecting the battery wont reset it, I disconnect it every time i do maintenance on it and it never resets. To reset you need to use the app, go into your scooters settings, and press the unbind button at the bottom

Hold the throttle all the way and hold the brake for 10 sec.
Should turn on after that.
