How to totalt reset ninebot ES1

If i try resetting option showen on YouTube.. Still scoter dont reset to fabric setnings.. Stil bind to other account and the name on scooter dont change when you serch Bluetooth connection..

My ninebot is stuck on the first screen telling me to pair. Cant turn off with the button or pair. Any ideas?

So many charging problems on these Ninebot.
