I purchased a M365 Cheap and the problem is when I turn it on the 4 lights on the screen light up one after the other then it goes back to just the first light and that just keeps flashing but the scooter doesn't work the battery is fully charged and holds a charge ok, but I did notice there is no blue light flashing on the Battery Controller Circuit-Board, Can you offer meany advise on how to sort thisout and get the scooter working please.

This method works on Xiaomi Scooter 4 Go, which means it should work on all newer models

I had already connected my sccoter. My mobile phone has broken and can no longer access the account and it always asks me when I want to connect it to the scooter a vertizifiren code. Can someone help me?

It will turn on n when I ride it in about 8 second she is at max speed which is 20 mpr n it's not going that speed n she starts beeping

I bough this scooter 2 months ago and I only have problems. Firs I couldn't do this reset, when I am pressing power button only lihgts turn on and off, reset doesnt happen, in the end I manage somehow to connect scooter with the app, I drove it 2x to work 12 km and then in the first wheel something broke, I must send it to service 😢, after scooter came back I can't connect it anymore to MI app, I canot reset it although I tried many times and on the display is sign for flath thires altho they are not flat. I regretted buying this product, dont recommend it 👎👎👎👎👎
