My late wife was like this. 6'2, 210lbs and jacked as she was born with Muscular hypertrophy.

Got a date because I survived 10 rounds in a Mauy Thai ring with her.

Turns out she had a heart of gold and for that reason I married her and we had our daughter. She passed a few years back from a brain aneurysm that was heavily influenced by both her muscular hypertrophy and CTE from combat sports but she gave me the most wonderful daughter and a reason to keep moving forward.

Seriously, I remember the first time I met a girl who was buff and nice to me. My brain decided to go "Hello! Yes, this right here? This is your new ideal woman. Bow to your queen!"

When I started going to the gym I had no idea what to do on any of the machines and felt pretty intimidated and embarrassed. At one point I decided, "Well, the best people to ask are all the ripped ones." So I just picked the biggest person in the gym that I could find and asked them every question I had, lol. I remember he said, "Don't be embarrassed! This is exactly where you should be! It's great that you're getting healthy; better late then never!" Really shattered the fear instilled by movies and shows for sure.
