As a byleth main I actually wouldn't buff the side b but rather the speed their dair comes out by around 2 frames. This seems inconsequential, however this would allow byleth to do true footstool dair OOS, and honestly if Steve gets to do it let byleth do it to

Speaking as a Sephiroth main, your buff for him is good. However, I’d personally buff his grab range, since he can get some decent early game combos off of it… IF he gets his tiny, stubby fingerprints on the opponent he’s trying to grab. Seriously, that grab range is comparable to the Belmonts.

I wish that if steve is back they change the art style(or the animation at least) to something like legends, dungeon or story mode to be easier for the player to see his move. Also reduce how many block he can carry

Me personally, I think sephiroth needs less end lag on his smash attacks. If most characters can counter soon after a smash attack, so should sephiroth

Honestly I think the best buff would be to heal Steve when he taunts by eating steak. It makes sense to the lore of Minecraft and Steve desperately needs a buff. I don’t know why people dislike him, Minecraft Steve is so coool.
