VERY well demonstrated video. Thicker line and especially laying the hook/line on a table with a dark cover makes it very easy to see method and result. I haven't tried method yet but certainly will. THANKS for taking the time to record this.

This is great bc the hook stands straight out and you can measure accurately the amount of leader below the hook!

Been running this way for years. So much better than palomar and running back through the eye. Stays angled up better

That was really cool. Try a Polymar knot and then pull the excess line back through the hole. It is an awesome knot that leaves the hook perfectly perpendicular to the main line. I will however try this knot, it looks amazing as well! 👍🏻

No one ever says the gage of wire determines the amount of loops in the knot. Big line more loops, small line less loops or It breaks

I always struggle a bit keeping the hook up when tying the Palomar knot… hopefully this changes that!
