If you have had years of lower back pain that you just can't seem to get at, no matter what you do, try this a few times a day for 2mins. Extend your arms out in front and hold them there. You will feel the stretch. This is best coupled with the Sphinx position of lying on your stomach and pushing up. So you have a compression & decompression 'superset'.

Get yer ass down as low as you can.

Hey Rob I like the shift from food videos to body work. I’ve been doing the progression and I’m starting to get looser. That area for me around the legs and hips are super tight. Do you have any smart exercises for tight hip flexors?

Wait. This isn’t something people can normally do? I just tried it and I don’t understand how someone could do anything else but the right way. I would have to use some strength to get into the wrong position. So weird
