Just to clarify, all textures must be non-color mode except albedo`s

How do you fix textures exporting with weird blurry fuzz around them? I open the textures in the folder, and the albedo (as well as all other maps) for my 3D mesh appears to have weird blurs around at different areas, and when I apply the texture to the 3D mesh it just looks wrong. How do you export and avoid these weird blurs?
