Jaguar XF S 2016 Review & Road Test

Here i test drive a New Jaguar XF S 3.0 Diesel Car in the rain !

The XFS it comes with a 3.0 diesel with 300 bhp or a 3.0 S/C petrol with 380 bhp. If your reviewing the diesel it reaches 60 mph in 5.8 seconds, and the petrol in 5.1 seconds!!

A couple of other comments on your review:
- Jaguar Infotainment system....there is a InControl Touch Pro system with improved functionality, speed, graphics, 2 bigger TFT screens (10.2" Dashboard, 12.3" instrument binnacle), which has a CD/DVD player.
- The residual values of the XF are expected be much better than its the same reason you said that they would be worse, there are so many more of the competition for sale second hand and that drives their value down!!!

I've driven a variety of cars in my life. I did work as a car delivery driver for a while and got to drive a variety of makes and models. My favourites were an MG ZS 180, MG ZT 260 with a mustang engine, BMW 330Ci convertable, . Audi A6, Mercedes SLK and S Class. I did drive an X type on a delivery. I was struck by the balance between ride and handling.

I've had a lot of Rovers, and a run of Jags. The 2010 3.0D XFS is a great car. It's a fantastic balance between performance and economy. It can quite happily cruise down the motorway returning 40+ mpg in comfort. The noise dampening is great. Press a few buttons and the car changes character to something very fun on a country road. The handling sharpens up, using the manual side of the gearbox is fun with slick changes. It's a car I'd happily tune to 330hp and take on a track day.

I'd hardly call it boring if you can consider that!

No, the Jaguar XF 3.0 Diesel S does not have a supercharger, but it does have a twin-turbo V6 diesel engine.
ONLY the petrol engines in the Jaguar range have superchargers .

That wood that you dont like the feel of... Its actual wood mate. Maybe a veneer, but its REAL WOOD!!! No two cars share the same grain pattern.

Have you thought about reviewing something more suited to you? A Skoda Superb perhaps, or maybe a Volvo?? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Audi and BMW are totally overrated, they are for old men these days, everyone is brainwashed into thinking they are better than they really are. New Jags are more youthful than the Germans now.
Get the 10" infotainment, it has an SSD which makes it super fast to use, the 8" unit is best avoided, size matters!
My new AMG Mercedes feels cheaper than the new Jags which I tested recently, F-Pace looks like a must have.

Jesus, give a man a camera and he's a car reviewer, talks a load of shite, but he likes the red badge. Typical Audi driver, just bought my third XF and have gone for this model, superb car, give me that old mans car any day over the masses of Audi's out there

I'm really sorry for all the negative comments you've gotten on this video. But I personally think that you shouldn't of done this video, from the beginning you've been going on about german cars. You really should of done a review about that! The car is lovely and if you can't see that then you shouldn't of brought it, let alone mentioned it on YouTube! That's just looking for trouble. Jaguar is in a class of its own! It doesn't need and Audi, Bmw or even a Mercedes owner/driver to come and talk a hole load of nonsense or even give a bad review. You obviously don't know how to drive a Jaguar or appreciate its beauty and that the hole reason behind this sill and negative review. But thank you for showing all the TRUE Jaguar lovers that there is alot of HATERS and JEALOUS "42 year olds" 🤣 out there.

Also Range Rover helped to build it it..gets built in the same factory..not to mention the jaguar heritage???
