Heck, Pela's E1 giving 5 extra Energy per kill allows her to get her Ult off many times 1 turn earlier than she should. The impact of energy from March's E4 might be harder to feel on a turn by turn basis, but it DEFINITELY matters.
20:15 It's definitely a big difference not using your Ult before your Enhanced Basic, I know bro was trying to play it off but you literally missed out on supercharging your Enhanced Basic AND the extra Ult you get upon breaking the Apocalyptic Shadow boss.

Has Pokke always been this off with his character analyses or is it just me?

i used M7 as sub DPS in Super Break team at MoC 12 and she did pretty well..

she looks like someone who's meant to be a sub-dps for basically all of the newer dps characters. she's SP positive, can be run for break or crit, and benefits from multi action/FuA characters. the first two that come to mind are FF in a zero cycle team and yunli for a FuA team. some others have pointed out the option of using Dr. Ratio since all his skills are double actions and his ults are triple actions. if run something like Gal + rat + march, you could justify bringing bronya with the amount of extra SP that Gallagher and march can generate.

You got one thing wrong MrPokke Boothill can take advantage of Crit DMG and Break buff especially since he also uses weakness implant ult to give none phys weak enemies a new weakness that march 7th can exploit the synergy there is amazing on break teams so people can run dual dps on break if they have boothill
