I think each of the protagonist's theme each embody an aspect of their character. "Passionate Duelist" is of course, the king's winning move.
Yusei's theme, personally, is easily the most heroic of them. It really screams that Yusei is Neo Domino's savior, and the savior of its people, whether from danger or themselves. This isn't just his winning move. This is Yusei saving the day!
