“Verily, as for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): “In what (condition) were you?” They reply: “We were weak and oppressed on the earth.” They (angels) say: “Was not the earth of Allaah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?” Such men will find their abode in Hell — what an evil destination!”

Dr Ikram’s comments are absolutely right. Honest and straight forward person has great difficulty. One has to be very clever to survive.

We also decided to migrate to Australia because of kids Education and safety as well.I agreed it's tough decision. Rule of law gives you opportunity where you can survive overall.which unfortunately my beloved country has not had.

It all depends on ur personal situation and lifestyle. I have lived abroad for my medical degree . But I am delighted to be in Pakistan 🇵🇰. Here I can have my future kids learning about Islam and its values . Yep in 🇨🇦 they can get justice but lose all Islamic values because of the Western civilisation. Status And Justice is not everything. Come closer to Allah and Allah can provide u anywhere on Earth 🌍. Because sustenance ( Rizq) is provided by Allah not by the Canadian government.

Being a Pakistani origin Canadian, I'm fully agree with Doctor Ikram's views. Moreover, I must say that our hearts still live in Pakistan. It is indeed painful for all Pakistani expatriates to see their beloved country going down. We have recently witnessed the power show of our establishment. In my personal opinion, if establishment wants, we can have a real positive change in many segments of the society in accordance with the need of time. You may have different opinions or solutions but no one can deny the facts.
