I reckon there's a balance in car flipping where if a car is too old it might have more problems and won't be worth much even at its best, so might be worth aiming for nothing older than 10 years old, say.

I know this is a year old, but there are 2 things I have been told over and over that I noticed you doing in this video:
1. Only silicon grease should be used on the slide pins as that doesn't deteriorate rubber as opposed to copper grease.
2. Wheel bolts/nuts should be installed using a torque wrench. Of course on older cars it's often necessary to clean the threads and bearing faces.
