Lattics is one of the note apps I found recently that impressed me a lot. Not many people know about it yet, but it offers such a great combination of features (notecard system + mindmaps + flashcards) which is perfect not just for taking notes, but also for studying, brainstorming and writing. If you're looking for a digital tool for Zettelkasten or atomic note-taking method, this is a great option.

Use just one single app and avoid using multiple apps creating a mess up of your data in mulitiple apps.

Wow this looks pretty dope. I can imagine writing down scattered thoughts over a period of time and then put them together into one coherent text with the card drag&drop feature.

On the one side it's a bummer that there is no free version, however, with 21$ a YEAR it looks really really fair! Obviously it's cheaper to stay with the free version, but if you consider paying for some extras it seems as the cheapest version of all relevant apps!

I wonder if the data is stored in Markdown like Obsidian... so you could theoretically take your data and import it into a new app in the future!?

Obsidian but with no Customization and emphasis on Zettelkasten (which is not bad, I know many are afraid of obsidian and customization/Coding, a lot just want guided fix structured app to follow)

3:49 If this is the only way we are allowed to do mindmaps, it leaves a lot on the table as far as visualizing different kinds of connections such as tables, lists, pros/cons, and variability in line/arrow colors and types

Out of all the writing/note taking apps (especially the free versions) this is one of the best that I've found. The only thing that sucks is, I really need to be able to use it on my pc and ipad, but its pc/mac only... If anyone knows of a better alternative?

I love this app I do cognitive jigs people call them diagrams which is very limited when you know about system thinking and cognitive models so creating this frameworks and cards along side for at least the diagram frameworks and I corporate visual thinking and spatial for engaging with ideas really its taking advantage our already present symbolic, spatial, emotional, systematic way our brian works transfer that to atomic ideas on the cards, writing in your words (article) really put everything together through a deep engagement process with ideas and then put it my brain framework via memory palaces this is how I'm using this app in my new process to create a database on micro-politics, subjectivity, and cultural realites.

By cognitive jigs by the way are not mind maps they're conceptual maps so wasn't referring to the mind maps the app lets you work with which are great to construct and organize your network of ideas form new connection rearrange etc.
