3 DIY garden project! #shorts

There are many ways to grow food but what I try to do is to reuse old materials and mimic nature as much as possible to encourage a biodiversity of insects and wildlife even in the middle of the city.

1. GROW BAG:

- 100% cotton fabric material or similar
- Sewing machine
- Compost mix
- Any plant you like (I use them mainly for potatoes)
- Mulch (straw or similar)

STEP BY STEP GROW BAG:

- Cut a rectangular of fabric
- Fold it in half
- Sew the open side
- Make an X shape at the bottom
- Turn it inside out
- Fold and sew the upper border

2. COMPOST BIN MATERIALS:

- Pallet
- Steel mesh
- Cable ties
- Staple gun
- Tarpaulin
- Some rope or a bungee
- A pipe to fill the pile around or something robust to push down with for the chimneys.
