Most of our African cultures and traditions have been written off by our colonials to disconnect us from our roots and mother earth and to embrace the things outside our ancestors and mother Earth.

It is beautiful to see how diverse Africa is. It's something that was given specifically to us. This rituals is still Godly and holistic.

I wish most of us wake to accept our ancestral connections and find ourselves and connect to the mother Earth.

I am going through the same thing. No hospital can help, they gave me anti depressants but i refused to take them. I went to Africa and found solutions. I mean my bone was collapsing on the inside and you would never see it by looking at me. Not the cat scan could help, or xrays even. I'm glad today, but during the lent of days (years) i lost the closest one to me, the one i love but i believe there is a reason for everything because the experience can never be fully articulated into words.

I nearly died. Got admitted into hospital 17 times in the space of two years bcoz the conventional doctors could not diagnose my spiritual calling.
