I use MSG instead of table salt quite often when I’m cooking, because it’s lower in sodium, by comparison. It’s like anything else, a little bit it fine, a lot probably isn’t.

It's 'Brooklyn, ' not 'Brookly.' I know we all make errors but you want to be trusted for making interesting, informative videos but can't spell-check? And the narrator sounds like a computer-generated voice because it's fairly monotone. Why not use a human?
