I am excited. This is the first time I start in a fresh wipe. More excited to experience new things, less excited to do tasks. Not hunting kappa, I will keep that for the time when the game is released to not burn myself out on Tarkov, as I am more of a casual player with lots of other games / stuff I like to do in my free time.

On tip #1, as you said I kept on trying to get the pocket watch this wipe early on and I kept on dying over and over and over again until I switched it up, listen to this man guys!

When it comes to hoarding I recomand learning what you need and sell what you dont or what you dont need yet when it comes to the hideout.

I do have EOD so take this with a pinch of salt but I did not need the junk box even when hoarding quest items I only needed a month or 2 later.

I deffiently did the "run to quest, run to extract"in my first wipe. Looking forward to seeing how a more thought out a approach makes a difference

Best advice I've heard for early wipe other than these tips, is be okay with small gains. Get a good gun or a needed item, don't be afraid to extract rather than trying to stay and fill up the backpack. Getting out alive, with something is better than dying with more. Risk vs reward.
