Ok, from what I see you only counted in direct kills, but if it is unknown who was the direct killer, the kill goes to every suspect. So Jack has 12 kills, 10 members of Declan's crew with Declan himself, Steve and Hank. That's right. But then Todd had 14 kills, Drew, Declan's crew, Steve, Andrea and Sonia. And both Hector and Lalo should get an additional kill of the hotel proprietor.
