I've watched both shows more than once . And one thing that I can say is that, these both shows are completely different from each other. While one is pure fantasy and other remains as real as possible.
Both shows are best in their respective genres and we must acknowledge the fact that we live in the time where these both shows were made rather than ranting about which one's Better. Just because you like coffee doesn't mean that tea is not good.

Probably the biggest tragedy in the entertainment world was that GOT never got properly finished. It was so amazing early on because of books and that was before the show got to its peak in terms of plot lines and before it got its insane budget. I mean the Battle of the Bastards is regarded as one of the greatest episodes and battles ever despite the tactics being shit and the characters being dumb as shit. Imagine GOT’s reputation if the last few seasons we’re based off finished books.

I have watched both and for me GoT is greatest show ever because of the High Scale plot and how War of kings and ancient history is portrayed with Great writing and know by end of s7 and whole s8...its just gets worse but all-over GoT is better for me

I find it baffling that people chose BB over got. I loved BB. But got is just in a different league. It completely revolutionised fantasy TV. People may not have like the last few season and that’s fine but those first 5 season are nothing short of a masterpiece. I personally think better call Saul is better than Breaking bad.
