You know houses are condemned all the time..Yet people still live in them, we call them Homeless.The sad part about the Human mind, is this single fact. That NO one, can predict or definitively say someone is about to commit these acts without them first making such an obvious statement or action to do so, by then its always to late. Evil thoughts can change a man in a second. How a law, can ever prevent this is just impossible and needs to be accepted.You could have a man fine for years then one day he stops taking his Medication and BAM he's off his rocker at the local school. It's been sensationalized to these shooters that this is what they do. This is how they get media attention, and acknowledgment for who they are. Maybe if society acknowledged the real problem and gave them therapy we wouldn't have a society like this. These shooters feel like they don't fit in, and rationalize killing of innocent children to punish society for the way they feel they have been punished and outcast. Its a very perplexing problem that does NOT have one answer.

The problem with speeches like this is they are completely out of touch with humanity. I agree with the conclusions, but the delivery is pure propo. This is a delivered speach. And you can tell who the target audience is. Then why not just speak like a normal human being? Why put on a performance that uses the tragedy as a segway to another topic? You can speak like a human about both of those things together.
