After having a conversation with my manager which felt like a mock interview, I realized exactly what you just said, “Every interaction you have is part of that interview.” I think I lost focus and I truly wasn’t ready to apply for that position. Thanks for this video. Very helpful. I’m a full time dedicated contractor so not technically a direct employee in the location where I work but I’m there everyday. I’m going for an internal role within the company. Would you say your recommendations still apply?
