Great patterns. Good to finish on a free movement to foster application, decision making and creativity. Do you have excercises building the game from DMF to ATT?

Thank you for the exercises, I was looking for ideas on finishing drill and shooting around the 18 box with simple movements. There are lots of valuable coaching points you can give to individual players to help them improve their shooting skills. It’s something that I think is very important but is missing in youth football development because the roster is big and other areas have priority.
Technical aspect of the drill requires good first touch to set up the ball for your shot. How far do you want to touch it to get off a good shot? How do you want to hit the ball with your foot, where on the ball and how is your body balanced to bend the ball top right corner? How are you aiming, where are you aiming and can you aim one side and finish to the other? You would improve this if you are spending lots of hours on your own just shooting or taking private training but within a team practice it is hard because there is this idea that we don’t want to have kids waiting in a line and it’s not game realistic because it doesn’t have defenders. I do believe that technical skills development such as shooting needs to have repetition after repetition. It’s like a golf player working on his put game or a tennis player just working on his Serve Game to improve that specific technical ability. So thank you for sharing a quality video and helping me out so I can improve my players finishing skills :)
