Good one to analyse. Looks like he’s trying way too hard to generate force and probably trying to mimic elite sprinters with the tie drag form. A cue I like to mitigate the over-striding is to land in a flexed position. Think of a ball, a ball generates more force/power after it deforms against a surface. Be like a ball, deform than push, if the step feels harsh then your joints were too extended (and likely over striding or even under striding)

With that bad start 12.57 is good. Little improvements can take to him 11 easily

Again, feet too close in the blocks, needs to work on block placement.

I make perfect starts and perfect striding length and striding frequency but my highest time to finish 100m is 12.72 and I'm 16 years old why😢
