I Officially started my Power washing and Landscape business, August 2020. I was doing it as a weekend warrior for years but I started having so many people call me I quit my 9-5. Just this year I was able to buy a riding mower, truck, trailer, power washer and take on a part-time employee. Only thing I have a loan on is the truck. Thank you, Jesus!

I was born into the business and grew up hating it, my Dad once told me to do whatever work I wanted to do, he didn't want me to follow his footsteps. The landscape skill was a backup, just in case. From the age of 18 through 28 I left my dad's business to do Sales for a microchip company, at 28 I came back to help my dad's company grow and at 38 my dad retired and sold his company. I had a choice whether to continue the brand he established or to start my own, I was able to take two years off and go back to school until I got recruited to be a recruiter for a Landscape company. The company I work for has shown me that you can grow as big as you want, we have over 2, 000 employees and are top ranked in the nation. Work hard and the money will follow, drop the poverty mentality and move on

Started doing this as a side hustle but now going full-time, about to get licensed. Still a bit of a struggle but the work keeps on coming in. Still worried about winter though, but the freedom is definitely worth the struggle. March 2020 I launched my company and made 185k revenue! It was a struggle, specially starting the pandemic. We were still able to stay busy and learned alot in our first year.

I'm from the UK (Manchester) and have followed you for afew years. Last year I went self employed and barely made 7.5k with 6.5k expenses. This year and I've still got 2 months left of cutting season I've doubled the income already and expenses have been about the same as last year. But recently I've hit that wall where you said you'll feel like your not making anything. It's been making me think of giving up. But after this video it's actually given me hope and that I should push through.

I've been a gardener for a long time. Always working for someone else and never having enough money for winter when I got laid off etc. But knowing that I've just helped someone else make that 100k for the year we'll I've barely made 10-15k and struggling to pay bills and feed my family. It gave me the push to go self employed. I've been stupidly swamped with work as I've grown rapidly this year but I never knew the headache it was going to be organising all of it. But thank you man you have been a big inspiration for me.

My husband has been in landscaping, working for other companies for the past five years. Last year him and I started doing side jobs on the weekend to make some extra money. This April we decided to start our own company, and since April 27th our revenue is 32k with a 51% profit margin. Sometimes we hire my brother on but most jobs just my husband and I suffice. It is the most stressful, terrifying, exhausting, amazing, awesome experience I have ever undertaken. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Love this, the way I started my company was unique because I worked nights and landscaped during the day for like 9 months that way all of my landscaping money got reinvested back into my small business. I thank God that we are doing over 2 million dollars after 4 years
