2 stage Carrier package unit not cooling. call back?

no Cooling Service Call. this unit was found with a failed condenser motor and a failing blower motor a few months ago. both motors and 2 contactors were replaced along with a low pressure switch, and the coils were cleaned at that time. today, I find major restrictions in both refrigerant circuits, contactors chattering, and one failed. small leak from the cormax on stage 2, but once recovered and weighed, I don't believe there are any other refrigerant leaks. filter driers replaced, and the orifice metering devices do not seem to be restricted at this time.

I like the metal refrigeration caps with copper a gasket better than a swivel T, fewer places to leak.

Great recovery on this one, if it’s 3*or 4* diff across dryer’s I call them toast . Gotta say all that chatter for the LPS is suspect as well .

That was odd...i would've also expected the pistons to be plugged as well. That contactor sounded like a machine gun 😂. Another great video Steve-o....thanks for sharing

once you touch a system you seem to own it and always a call back. I just had one the freezer failed our tech went out and capillary blocked so they replaced it then 3 days later it fall over again.... I was sent to find coil iced up and unable to put it into defrost due to sensor faulty. Replaced and working fine now. I let the office deal with the aftermath. 🤣🤣🤣
