I'm in apartment maintenance right now, and I have a final interview with a commercial HVAC company Wednesday.

It's good to know that, while a little more complicated than residential splits, it's basically the same components on these RTUs.

I have replaced the micro channel con coils on those units so many times. If you are not sure that your phasing is correct energize a call for fan first. It worries me that a new units compressor may come on in reverse. In my opinion never use coil cleaner on coils unless you hate the coil and want it to die.
