Russians Flee to Finland After Putin's Mobilisation Call

At the Vaalimaa border post between Finland and Russia a long queue of Russian cars stretches behind the frontier the day after President Vladimir Putin announced a partial draft of reservists to fight in Ukraine. Finland said Wednesday it is is preparing a national solution to "limit or completely prevent" tourism from Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.

Russians are doing an awful lot of running away - the Russian Army is running away in Ukraine - the Russian Navy has ran away from a nonexistent Ukrainian Navy - Russian tourists ran away from Crimea and now Russians are running away from Russia.

Every country should close the border to Russians. I sympathise with them individually, but Russians are literally the only people able who can finally remove putin and end the war. Strength and courage to them to do the right thing.

What i cant understand is, if Russia so desperatly stopping or forbidding Russians from leaving Russia, why are there no Border guards, collecting them and returning to Russia, or conscripting all men at the border crossings, maybe they just are stupid, and these things slip the mind of a Russian thinker….seems all odd to me, other countrys like Mexico US, Canada US, have border guards either side of the line.
