Liqui moly is better than castrol. It reduces the friction by a lot. It would be quieter. The gas mileage would increase.

Ok my 2001 A4 with the 1.8L I use the same castrol 5w40. It really is a great oil. I’ve been wanting to try out the Valvoline 5w40 Euro spec though. I do like valvoline as well.

I’m also not sure what to use in my 2023 S4 3.0T it calls for 0w20. Been using valvoline euro but idk seems thin especially for the hot summer. Could I use 5w40?
