Something for us to keep in mind as crystal healers (from a former citrine snob): Heat treated amethyst is not “fake citrine.” Amethyst and Citrine are identical (the exact same chemical composition and physical properties), however “natural” citrine emerges from amethyst being heat treated by geothermal activity, whereas the alternate form of citrine is from manually baked amethyst. Either way you cut it, citrine is heated amethyst.

I’m so grateful for your video. I just bought a kundalini citrine crystal which I’m quite sure is real and another one similar to the high quality orange one in your video. I nearly returned it as all the videos were saying genuine citrine is only champagne pale yellow or smokey brown. I’m going to do more research before I decide but it’s really difficult to find!

It's strange but modified "citrine" (amethyst) works for me. Even better than real citrine sometimes. I don't understand how it is possible. On a spiritual level for example. I like both. But must be some quality to it. I haven't tested a cluster yet.
