Jagmeet Singh, learn that "public services" are more often "public disservices" for poor, disabled, and elder voters. I learned this sad truth when I last worked for the federal civil service in 1972 and now that I am poor, widowed, disabled and old. There are Laws that need to be enforced. Chap. 15(1) of the Charter of Rights (1982) protects against 'ageism'. Indoctrinate civil service workers in the Law rather than edicts that come down from Justin Trudeau.
