My wife and I visited the Flight 93 Memorial for the first time last week. You can really feel that it is a special place, I was deeply moved. Reading the plaques around the area and visiting the museum takes you back to that day and everything that happened. Very sad, lots of tears by visitors 23 years later. We will never forget!

This dear lady is also a heroine, she had the presence of mind to become a calm participant in a major, stressful situation. Not part of her daily job, but she was literally called into it. Bless her that she could be there for him in that amazingly crucial moment in history
