Kentucky sheriff arrested for allegedly shooting judge in his chambers

Judge Kevin Mullins was in his district office when he was allegedly shot by Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stines. Kentucky state police said Stines has been detained and is expected to be charged with first-degree murder.
