The Why is sooo important, as everyone asks why I’m eating this way. If I didn’t know my Why how could I possibly explain it to others.
I tend to make things complicated for myself, but I’m trying to get better with that.

Have you heard of the One Meal a Day Diet Neesha? I only heard about it yesterday, apparently it’s gaining momentum. I’d be very interested in what you think about it.
