I have been using the lattice for twenty plus years. I started using parchment or wax paper. I currently uses Mrs. Anderson easy no mess pie crust maker bag...a lot easier for me than the parchment....found on Amazon

Hi I’m a beginner and I just want to thank you very very much for your videos. Honestly not much people here willing to teach you anymore. I am willing and I am grateful! Also my mom is a Hodge and we are from Tortola 😊. I notice my tarts don’t be soft or the crust is hard. But please keep making your videos.
