Rather than a theory it feels more like a hypothesis. Now before all y'all hate on me, I'm not disagreeing completely with this "theory". Although, I don't see any proof other than the ones in the video (Moana in the realm of monsters, talking with her grandma, and interacting with mystical and or magical deities). If possible, it'd be great to see things such as proof from the actual story where this Disney movie is inspired from.
