whats on the USB and why doesnt thiis work for me. All I get is select boot device with two UEFI options . Verbal audio would have been better than music not sure why you did it without.

I have the Inaccessible Boot Device error, but when I go inside the RegBack folder there are no files, so I can't go on with the resolving procedure T_T Any ideas to solve it? The pc (windows 10) was installing a new update for a sound programm (probably a system's program) and it requires to re-start the pc. From that moment, always the blue screen of error. And not solved with System Restore too.

Thanks, for me it occured after an unapropriate shutdown, i solved it with "startup reparation" took about 10m, but i liked the notepad tric of yours ;)

mine no longer enters windows setup screen. boot manager doesn’t show up in bios anymore. and when i plug in the usb and boot from there it has a spinning circle then the bsod

You are life saver brother. I was working on a story on my laptop and this error came. I was so scared. After following this video my system started I thought it was safe mode but actually for some reason my amd gpu driver got uninstalled. Currently installing the driver. Will let you know if any problem starts. Also can delete those files which I renamed.

After notepad when I go to find the drive or partition it gives me this X: boot device with 500GB storage while i have a 1TB HDD divided into one 250GB and one 750GB partition. Sometimes it boot properly but now it started giving me inaccessible boot device again. I fixed it once during a random normal boot with repair windows option from usb windows image. This problem has been bugging me for some time.

I didnt find txt in this folder, but i moved files from deskop to other disk :)
